Pl. ensure to make timely payments as per the progressive bills submitted to you on agreed timeline basis. Delayed payments will necessarily lead to stoppage of the work.
Payments shall be done necessarily as per the details given in thePayment Options (click here). Any other payments/ payment modes shall not be considered, for whatsoever reasons or rationale.
One official WhatsApp group shall be created to update regularly of the progress and assistance needed for coordination internally within customer premise. Customer has to actively engage for approvals, final Quality Checks etc
Good quality workmanship shall be ensured and it shall carry warranty of 2 years. Thereafter service charges will be applicable. Warranty does not hold for underlying non-paint related issues like seepage, structural issues etc. This warranty is over and above the paint material quality warranty of the products used in this project, and as stated directly by OEM company. Please read the warranty terms & conditions at Warranty Terms.
PaintMyWalls is not responsible for any ‘painting defects’ caused due to current or future seepage or dampness on the walls, unless PMW is also executing the Waterproofing solution, as part of this overall project.
Scaffolding charges will be extra as per actual (If applicable).
For Fresh painting, if there are undulations on the walls, PMW assures correction of only 1mm max, for every 1 coat of putty.
Dark shades may require more than 2 coats of application, and accordingly rate per sft shall vary. If you are using Dark color Shades, pl. necessarily inform our Sales Executive beforehand.
Once job has been started, it cannot be cancelled. If partially completed job have to be stopped, Company shall charge twice the value of the job completed till then.
Client shall clearly outline the high-tension wires (and any other known dangerous or risky areas) and should instruct PMW supervisors accordingly, from view of the safety of the painter and other labours.
Pipes, casings, wires or trays which are running along or too close the wall being painted, shall necessarily have spillages on pipes/ trays which are too close to the walls.
All areas which are not easily accessible shall be painted on best attempt basis. Those areas which are ‘easily’ visible from ground/ side angles shall be attempted, but quality of those non easily accessible areas may be compromised. Customer need to remove/ clear beforehand any plants/ trees/ heavy/ fixed items from the area to be painted and make it accessible for the painter to paint.
Though Paint My Walls does basic background checks of its painters, pl. take special care/ keep your costly belongings safely. We do not have safety provisions for personal belongings. Please do keep us updated immediately, of any kind of breach of your company policy or unacceptable behaviour, at your campus, by any members of our painting team.
For any manual job, there may be some collateral damage; to minimise the same, pl. keep our supervisor appraised of any special attention needed before the start/ or during execution of the project.

Paint My Walls will take care of all safety measures, accessories for labours who work on site. Each labour working at the site are fully covered and insured; and customer shall bear zero liability towards any accident in their premise.
