Position Overview:

1. Achieving a high level of ‘first call satisfaction” and getting more and more leads ‘converted’ by understanding the customers’ needs/requirements very clearly
2. Helping the customer with a ‘good experience’. Helping them resolve their queries in the first call itself. If needed, handing over the ‘next level’ of calls, to the right Seniors.
3. Should enjoy talking to customers and engage customers with knowledgeable discussion wrt the services offered, eventually yielding to the good conversion of leads and zero loss of good customers
4. Maintaining a high quality of data correctness of customers, and as and when needed ensuring appropriate correspondence with customers to close the loop.
5. Good command of English, and typing speed is mandatory. Similarly, a pleasing and assuring voice is a must.
6. Helping the Backend team with appropriate Data and the CRM team with appropriate reports
