Job Description

Position Overview:

Ensuring the focus on the customer throughout
Ensuring the correctness of CRM data and appropriate reporting, including such report development
Calling and developing a thorough understanding of the customer’s requirement
Detailing and emailing customer of the concluded options
To remain ‘connected’ to the customers by regular follow-ups and finally converting them into Sales
Ensuring the efficiency of the Sales Executives, Project Managers by proper alignment to customers’ needs by following standard protocols of calling and maintenance of schedules
In case you are not already having experience of the above; no worries – we shall train you as long as you are open to learning and have a huge eagerness to succeed.
