  1. Ensuring the focus on the customer throughout
  2. Ensuring the correctness of CRM data and appropriate reporting, including such report development
  3. Calling and developing a thorough understanding of the customer’s requirement
  4. Detailing and emailing customer of the concluded options
  5. To remain ‘connected’ to the customers by regular follow-ups and finally converting them into Sales
  6. Ensuring the efficiency of the Sales Executives, Project Managers by proper alignment to customers’ needs by following standard protocols of calling and maintenance of schedules
  7. In case you are not already having experience of the above; no worries – we shall train you as long as you are open to learning and have a huge eagerness to succeed.
  1. Achieving a high level of ‘first call satisfaction” and getting more and more leads ‘converted’ by understanding the customers’ needs/requirements very clearly
  2. Helping the customer with a ‘good experience’. Helping them resolve their queries in the first call itself. If needed, handing over the ‘next level’ of calls, to the right Seniors.
  3. Should enjoy talking to customers and engage customers with knowledgeable discussion wrt the services offered, eventually yielding to the good conversion of leads and zero loss of good customers
  4. Maintaining a high quality of data correctness of customers, and as and when needed ensuring appropriate correspondence with customers to close the loop.
